True happiness is hard to find and pften peopel turn to many things for happiness and none of them work, happiness is a feeling that you have when even though everything is going wrong around you, you can still stand with a smile on your face.

Happiness comes from being thankful for what you have. Bitterness, jealousy, complaining, ect are all rooted in being aware of what you don't have rather than being thankful for what you have been given. Some of the richest people in the world are some of the most unhappy people in the world because they have a lust inside of them that always wants more and they are unable to remember how rediculously blessed they are.

There are different levels of happiness. The deep long-term kind that comes from family, spouses, children etc. There are also shorter term types of happiness, like a cool swim on a hot day, mor a delicious meal. They are all equally important, and we need to recginise and enjoy all forms of happiness we are blessed with. If you start by being happy in the small things, the you will find you have more happioness in the big things.

To me happiness is doing what you love to do. Sometimes we don't always get to do what we want to, but we can't let those times get us down. Find what you love to do and take part in it, doing this I feel will produce happiness.

Happniess is a choice. You would rather choose to be thankful you still have something left than complaining the lackness and seeing yourself as a misfortune. The former makes you happy in miserable situation; the latter creates sorrow all the time.

Happiness is defined differently by different people. Happiness is what makes you smile, what makes your heart feel warm, it whats makes you realize that your life is deffinatley worth living. But it could be anything, like your family, or your hobby, or even funny moments.

Happiness can be really based on outcome of our decision to be happy. What I mean by that is that we can have a horrible day, but we, human being, can choose to be happy. How and why? For, God has poured out his love into our hearts. Someone greater is here.
